Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE and GCC public holidays. During Ramadan, Eid, National Day, and peak gifting seasons, dispatch timelines may extend by an additional 3–4 business days.
KYC Compliance (Mandatory)
- A valid copy of your Emirates ID, National ID, or Passport is required for all orders
- Orders cannot be processed without verified identification
- All documentation is handled with strict confidentiality
Order Amendments & Address Changes
- Shipping address updates may be requested within 2 business days of order placement
- Once production or dispatch has commenced, orders cannot be modified or rerouted
- Supreme Jewelry is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout
Failed Delivery & Returns
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery — return and re-shipping costs will be borne entirely by the customer.
8 Ready-to-Ship Collection
Our Ready-to-Ship Collection is available for prompt dispatch within 1–2 business days. As these pieces are also available for in-store purchase, availability is subject to prior sale.

9 Full Eternity Rings — Resizing Disclaimer
Full eternity rings cannot be resized due to the continuous diamond setting around the band.
We Strongly Recommend
- Confirming your ring size at a professional jeweler prior to ordering
- Visiting our showroom for an accurate sizing consultation
Supreme Jewelry will not be held responsible for sizing issues on full eternity ring orders once placed.
10 Order Management & Cancellation
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

11 Refund & Buyback Policy
Supreme Jewelry offers a Guaranteed Buyback Program for clients within 1 year (365 days) of the original invoice date.

13 Warranty Policy
Every Supreme Jewelry creation is protected by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty from the invoice date.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Setting or clasp structural issues (excluding stone loss)
What Is Not Covered
- Stone loss or missing gemstones
- Damage from misuse, impact, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Theft or loss
- Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or third-party alterations
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by Supreme Jewelry's master craftsmen. Any unauthorized third-party servicing will void the warranty immediately.
14 Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Supreme Jewelry excludes all liability for:
