4 Shipping Fees

International customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5 Mandatory KYC (Compliance Requirement)

In accordance with UAE regulations for high-value jewelry transactions:

  • A copy of Emirates ID, Passport, or National ID is required
  • Orders will not be processed without verification
  • Supreme Jewelry reserves the right to request additional documentation for natural diamond purchases
All documents are treated confidentially and securely.

6 Order Amendments & Cancellations

  • Shipping address changes are allowed within 2 business days (if production has not started)
  • Ready-to-Ship orders cannot be canceled once dispatched
  • Made-to-Order and Natural Diamond pieces cannot be canceled once production or sourcing begins

7 Failed Delivery & Liability

Supreme Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal of delivery
Re-shipping charges will apply for returned shipments. Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

8 1-Year Limited Warranty

All Supreme Jewelry pieces include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Clasp or setting defects (excluding stone loss)

Not Covered

  • Lost or missing stones
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repair or resizing
  • Theft or loss
Warranty claims are subject to inspection. This policy does not limit rights granted under applicable GCC consumer protection laws.
