Custom or bespoke orders operate on a separate production timeline, which will be confirmed during the design stage.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Complimentary shipping may be offered above selected order thresholds, as displayed during checkout.

For high-value orders, fully insured shipping is strongly recommended.

Every Supreme Luxe Jewels piece is carefully packaged in our signature branded presentation box and dust pouch, ready for gifting upon arrival.

High-value items include additional protective outer packaging and tamper-evident seals.

If your order is a gift, please mention this in the order notes and we will ensure presentation-perfect packaging.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Supreme Luxe Jewels is legally required to declare accurate shipment values and cannot mark shipments as “gift” or under-declare values.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

All orders are shipped fully insured for their declared value.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
