RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Supreme Luxe Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We want you to love your purchase completely. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in original, unworn condition
• Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing
• Be returned in the original Supreme Luxe Jewels packaging, including all boxes, pouches, certificates, and documentation
• Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or bespoke jewelry pieces
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered
• Final sale items marked as non-returnable
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
• Gift cards

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Please do not send items back without first receiving a Return Authorization from our team.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Supreme Luxe Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available within 7 calendar days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

Please follow the same return process and specify the preferred replacement item or size.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs for international returns.

Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” on customs declarations.
